Maintenance and Operations
Maintenance & Operations
At the heart of student success is a safe and orderly learning environment. Our maintenance and operations department is dedicated to ensuring that every CPSD school provides a safe, clean and welcoming environment for students, staff and visitors.
Safety
CPSD’s Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) Plan is located in the District Maintenance Office and can be viewed by the public at any time: View Public Notices on AHERA.
Facilities and Recreation
The Clover Park School District Board of Directors recognizes that public school facilities are community facilities that should be utilized to their maximum potential for the benefit of all community members. Within the guidelines specified by law, the superintendent or designee is authorized to develop administrative regulations and rental fees as applicable to administer the non-commercial use of school district facilities at times they are not in use by school district programs
Pools
CPSD operates two swimming pools: one at Clover Park High School (CPHS) and the other at Lakes High School (LHS). The CPHS pool is open during specified times for community swimming. Both pools are used for on-going rental by organizations that provide aquatic programming (i.e., water polo clubs, scuba, diving teams and swim teams.) The pools are not available for rental or community use during school hours or during high school athletic swim team programs.
