About the Department
Clover Park School District's award-winning Community Relations/Publications departments are involved in a variety of public relations/information functions throughout the district. Staff members develop and produce several district publications, assist schools and departments with strategic communications efforts and plan and coordinate special district events.

News and Publications
The Community Relations/Publications departments develop and produce several publications including the community newsletter Inside Schools, staff newsletter News Briefs and the monthly Board Review—just to mention a few. Visit our News and Publications page to read these publications.
Good News
Have an upcoming event or activity at your school or worksite? Tell us! Simply fill out the Good News form and it will be submitted by email to the Community Relations office.
Publications Department
The district Printing and Publications department is a full-service operation that strives to provide quality service at a reasonable cost. We provide district-wide copy services that includes graphic design, page layout, bindery facilities and digital and offset printing.
The publications department also provides printing services for personal needs.
The department has a wide-format color printer for your special printing needs. This can be used for large color graphs, posters, banners or even pictures. We have a variety of paper which includes gloss and an outside vinyl paper.
Interpreters (Language Access)
Community Relations contracts with agencies to provide interpreters needed for parent meetings and conferences, but not for student instruction purposes. At times, sign language interpreters are provided as a student accommodation for hearing impaired students who do not receive special education services. District and state forms are also available in numerous languages. Call 253.583.5040.

Agencies and organizations often contact Community Relations to offer resources to students such as Thanksgiving baskets, clothing (at Christmas time) and similar items to schools.
