Student Enrollment

Clover Park School District (CPSD) makes enrolling your student easy with our new online enrollment form which may be completed from any location during your transition. New kindergarten, elementary, middle and high school students can enroll at a CPSD school for the current school year by visiting Enrollment.

Required documents for enrollment:

  • Proof of Residency (e.g., utility bill or renter’s statement, military orders, etc. in the name of the legal guardian)
  • Birth Certificate (required by preschool and kindergarten)

Special Considerations for Military Families

Immunizations

In the event a military child is without documentation of immunizations, the student will be immediately enrolled and will have up to 30 days from the date of enrollment to obtain any required immunizations under the provisions of the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children (MIC3).
