District Mission

The mission of Clover Park School District is to ensure each child learns what he or she needs to know to succeed and contribute to the community.

Parent and Community Involvement

Parent and community engagement is key to student success. All parents, family and community members are invited to be involved in our school. We offer a variety of ways for interested individuals to support our students. Some examples include joining our parent organization, volunteer tutoring, chaperoning field trips, serving as a site council member and helping with school special events. We have a full Parent-Teacher Organization board up and running to support learning opportunities at Evergreen. Please contact us at the above number to learn more about getting involved with our school.

School Improvement Plan

The Evergreen Site Council will pursue the following goals in order to enhance the learning environment and opportunities and increase student performance and achievement.

Reading Goal: By June 2020, Evergreen students will increase overall Spring 2020 ELA SBA scores from 51% to 61%.

Math Goal: By June 2020, Evergreen students will increase overall Spring 2020 Math SBA scores from 57% to 67%.

Science Goal: By June 2020, Evergreen students will increase overall Science WCAS scores from 43% to 53%.

As a school team Evergreen is committed to supporting students’ access to the college pathway and we use small group interventions in the classroom to support meeting learning goals. If needed, we have other support staff that may push in and pull out students in collaboration with families. We know that learning takes a team and appreciate support of parents in the process to meet the learning needs of their child.
