At Dower:

  • We believe all students are capable of success and will reach their full potential.
  • We have an inclusive environment where all people feel valued, safe, and welcome.
  • We foster a positive environment for family/community/school partnerships.
  • We provide each student with the support needed to reach or exceed grade level standards.

The Culture of Dower is Student focused and full of Hope. We are a Kids at Hope school and believe that although we acknowledge the barriers our students face, our role is to provide them with the Hope and strategies/interventions to overcome those barriers.
