Facility Rentals
Clover Park School District facilities available for rent include gymnasiums, athletic fields, tennis courts,
cafeteria’s, multipurpose rooms, parking lots, and classrooms. For specialty or larger events, a
400-person capacity Performing Arts Center & a 500+ capacity cafeteria with theatrical stage is available.
Harry Lang Stadium can be reserved for sporting events, & two pool facilities are available for aquatic
events and practices.
Facility Rental Process
CPSD facilities are available for community members to reserve so long as the use is for lawful purpose and does
not cause a disruption to the districts educational programing, which is the intended primary purpose of
district buildings and grounds.
Step One- Submit a reservation request form.

Step Two- Submit a Certificate of Insurance.
Please follow the instructions for the Certificate of Insurance carefully. Forms submitted incorrectly will be returned & may delay your event.
On the certificate of insurance, list Clover Park School District as BOTH the Certificate Holder AND Additional Insured.

Insurance Limit Requirements:
Facility & Athletic Fields
Tenant shall, at its own expense, provide and keep in force liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage for a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) aggregate for personal injury, bodily injury, and property damage.
Pool Facilities
Tenant shall, at its own expense, provide and keep in force liability insurance for bodily injury and property damage for a combined single limit of not less than Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) per occurrence and Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000) aggregate for personal injury, bodily injury, and property damage.
Step Three- Pay facility rental fees and/or staffing fees.

After you have submitted insurance & payment you will receive an approval email and your reservation is complete.
