Ignite Mentors
The mission of the Ignite Mentor program at Lakes High is to create an environment of support, care and respect for freshmen in order for them to be successful both academically and socially their first year in high school. Our theme is “character from diversity and strength from unity.” We believe that the diversity of students at Lakes creates a unique opportunity to be strengthened in unity, we are a family! We seek to develop leadership, teamwork and communication skills in our mentor team to light the way for underclassmen.
