Senior Awards

If you received any special awards during grades 9-12, please fill out the Senior Awards form and turn it in to the Guidance Office no later than May 9. The awards form has examples of appropriate awards.

The Senior Plaque Award:

The Senior Plaque is given to those seniors who qualify in at least three out of the five areas of Service, Leadership, Academics, Athletics or Performing Arts. Pick up an application from the Guidance Office or print one out here. The deadline is March 28.
