Lunch Accounts

New Arrivals
Because of our relationship with Joint Base Lewis McChord, we have a significant number of new arrivals at all times of the year. If you are a military transfer, you may want to contact our military connection liason in the Career Center. There are several other links for military families on the right side of this page.
PTSA
The PTSA is an important part of Lakes High School.  We are lucky to have something that not all of the schools in our district have and that is parent involvement.  With that in mind I must make a plea for committed parents to step up to fill positions on the PTSA Executive Board.  We must find a replacement for three important positions:  President, Vice President and Secretary.  Serving on the PTSA Executive Board is not especially time consuming and it is something that can be easily done even if you work outside the home. Serving on the Lakes PTSA will allow you the opportunity to become actively involved with the school staff and other parents in a way that otherwise might not have been available to you.  Our PTSA is not large but the things we do are very important.  Please think about this, what better way is there to show your children that you are committed to their education than by volunteering?
Remember that any interested persons are welcome to attend PTSA meetings.  After business has been conducted these meetings are a great way to get to know other Lakes parents and get the answers to those burning questions!
Registration
Students are being given their registration forms in their advisory classes. You can also access them on our Guidance and Advisory pages. This is part of our process to make registration easier and more efficient.
