About Our Office
Our main office is the nerve center of the school. It is here that we have our administrative team, guidance counselors, heath center,and therapists. Our new building design has all of our administrative services close together, with meeting spaces and easy access. We are excited about the opportunities it provides to serve the Lakes Community.

Administrators
Lakes is led by the Principal Karen Mauer-Smith. She is supported by an administrative team of Cynthia Adams, Lysandra Ness, and Ryan Akiyama. For more information about our administrators and their duties, visit the administration page.
Guidance office
Our Guidance office is the place to get all of your class questions answered, schedule conferences with teachers, get transcript information and more. For more information, visit our guidance office page.
Health Center
Judy Dodds runs our Health Center. A registered nurse and retired Colonel with the US Army, Judy does an exceptional job of meeting our students health needs. For more information, please visit our Health Center page.
Specialists
We have several specialist here at Lakes to help assist our students. They include Dorothy Hunt, our School Psychologist, Bowie Sagle, a Mental Health Therapist with Greater Lakes, and Dewy Braley, a counselor with Puget Sound Educational District.
