Lakes High School will be offering a summer school for credit retrieval this summer. It is an On-Line Instructional Model for students residing in the Clover Park School District who have not earned credit or failed. The program runs from June 23 to July 25 for grades 10-12. Lakes Students Stand out at MESA Day
Lakes had 49 students attend the MESA Day at PLU and all competed in at least one of the events. We are proud of the Lakes students and the way in which they represented Lakes HS. After their competitive events, most Lancers found a team of elementary or middle school students and followed them throughout their events as well. The following students were award winners in the competition: Jerrett Wood (3rd place craft-stick bridge), David St. Romain and Taylor DeLoach (3rd place mouse trap car), Tyler Murray and Alex Medeiros (3rd place wind energy), Mikayla Lundeen, Seaira Below, Mikal Findlay, Skyler Ramos (1st place wind energy & prosthetic arm), Noel Mercado and Aaron Roberts (2nd place glider), Kristobal Andino (1st place glider), Alex Schwind, Alex Norris, Lucas Campbell, and Louis Lopez (3rd place prosthetic arm), Tarren McDaniel (2nd place prosthetic arm).
Congratulations to our Honor Graduates
Lakes High School has 70 seniors who have earned the title of Honor Graduate. These students have maintained a 3.5 or higher GPA throughout their high school career. They will be awarded a medallion to wear at graduation by the Board of Education for Clover Park School District at a District function in late May. All of the honor grads from all three high schools will be recognized. You can view our 2014 honor graduates here.
AP Test Deposit Due
The $15 deposit for the AP tests are due by March 27. Students must pay at Student Accounts. Click here for more information.
Senior Awards Night Change
The Senior Awards night has been changed to Monday, June 2 in the Performing Arts Center at Lakes. You can view the updated Senior Time Line here.

Lakes Alumni is a Superbowl Champion
2008 graduate Jermaine Kearse caught a touchdown pass in the Seattle Seahawks superbowl victory. While at Lakes, Jermaine was a three sport star (football, basketball, and track) and competed in the state playoffs/championships in all three sports.

Attention Seniors & Parents/Guardians
After School Transportation
Lakes High School runs an activity bus Monday through Thursdays once school begins. Students must be in an adult supervised activity after school hours to obtain a bus pass. Students must have a bus pass to ride these busses home. Coaches and advisors will provide passes to students who are participating in their activities. More information about bus times will be posted soon.
Now is the time to purchase your yearbook. You may do so at the Student Accounts office. Purchasing your yearbook ensures that you will get one. Supplies are limited.
