Community invited to provide input on district’s Native American Education Program

Parents, students and community members are encouraged to attend a public forum to learn more about Clover Park School District’s Native American Education Program. The forum will be held Wednesday, May 4 at 6 p.m. at the Student Services Center, room 6A, 10903 Gravelly Lake Dr. SW in Lakewood.

In compliance with federal rules and regulations, the forum will allow the public to express their concerns and give input into the 2016-17 Title VII proposal (Part C) to be submitted by the district’s Native American Education Program. The grant is designed to meet the educational and cultural needs of Native American children living in Clover Park School District.

For more information, contact Heather Dismuke, Native American Education Coordinator, at 253-583-5156 or hdismuke@cloverpark.k12.wa.us.
