IMMUNIZATION / VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
Below you can find links to the immunizations that are required before your child will be admitted to school. Please contact your student's health care provider for any needed vaccines. If you do not have a health care provider, below is the link to the Free Immunization Calendar through the Tacoma Pierce Co. Health Dept. Please check the calendar on the day you plan to go. They update any changes daily. Be sure to take your child's shot record with you.
Protecting Teens against chickenpox and its serious complications is important.
Washington State’s Chickenpox Vaccine Requirement for Grades 7-12.
New: All students in High School will need a 2nd Varicella / Chicken Pox Vaccine before the 2016-2017 school year.
Many students already have 2 vaccines, but please check with your school, school nurse or health care provider as soon as possible, before the beginning of the 2016-2017 School Year.

You MUST bring your children's shot records with you to ALL immunization clinics.
Immunizations are no longer given at Lakewood WIC or at the SSC on the first day of school.Prior to the first day of school, August 28, pleast take your student(s) to their health care provider or one of the sites found on the Tacoma Pierce Co. Health Dept. Immunization found here:
