Online Payment Instructions
Navigate to Family Access and Login
- Visit our district website at www.cloverpark.k12.wa.us
- Click “go to Family Access” in the Parent menu itemin the navigation banner.
- Log into Family Access with your login ID and password.
- If you don’t know your password, use the “Forgot your Login/Password?” link. An email will be mailed to the email address on file in Skyward. Follow the instructions.
- If you don’t have or don’t know your Login ID, or if the “Forgot your Login/Password?” link did not work, then contact your student’s school for assistance.
Open Family Access and Navigate to Food Service
- Click on the Open Family Access button.
- Click on Food Service from the menu bar on the left of the screen. (If you don’t see the menu bar, click the “+” button found in the upper left corner and click on Food Service.)
Make an Online Payment
- Click on Make a Payment.
- Click on Update Payment Amount for each student.
- Enter payment amount.
- Click on Update Cart.
- Select Pay with Vendor at top.
- Double check fees in cart, and click Go to Checkout if all fees are correct.
- PLEASE NOTE: If adjustments need to be made to your payment in Family Access:
- Please Empty your shopping cart;
- Sign out of Family Access; and
- Sign back in to Family Access to start over.
- DO NOT USE BACK BUTTON TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS!
- If you are a new customer, select I am a new customer. Enter your email address and “Sign In.” If you are a returning customer, select I am a returning customer. Enter your email address, password and select Sign In.
- Enter your billing and payment information. Create a password if required.
- Verify information for accuracy and select Complete Order.
- Payment will be processed and receipt can be viewed and printed. A copy of your receipt will also be sent to the email address provided during account set up.
- Logout (A logout link can be found under My Account).
