Jean (Hanel) Chamberlin, CPHS Class of '72 graduate, honored with the 2013 Women in Aerospace Lifetime Achievement Award.
Pictured below is Jean's senior yearbook photo, who was known as Jean Hanel during her CP days. To the right, Jean Chamberlin accepts the Women in Aerospace Lifetime Achievement award from Katrina McFarland, Department of Defense Assistant Secretary of Defense for Acquisition. Jean received the Lifetime Achievement Award for her "outstanding career and lifelong committment to furthering the advancement of women's opportunities in aerospace." Jean Chamberlin stated "This speaks to the power of diversity as Boeing’s calling card to the world. Our success is defined by the respect and value we have for different perspectives and contributions of everyone. Throughout my career, I have witnessed diversity fuel the innovation that drives us to do what others dream."
