Refreshments/Meals for In-District Meetings and Volunteer Activities
The Board of Directors of the Clover Park School District recognizes that school personnel and others associated with the district are normally expected to pay for their own refreshments and meals. However, under certain circumstances (such as meetings, study sessions, and workshops), when the district is deriving benefit, the district may expend funds for food and non-alcoholic beverages consumed while conducting district business.
The cost of the food and beverages provided shall be reasonable and in proportion to the benefit received by the district.
