Salaries, Wages and Benefits

The Board of Directors, by periodic adoption of salary schedules or negotiated agreements, establishes pay rates for regular employees of the Clover Park School District.

Employees may not be paid for services not already rendered, nor may they in advance of accrued sick leave and/or vacation time credit, draw upon any such anticipated sick leave or vacation time.

Sick leave or vacation taken by an employee in excess of the employee's accrued time for such sick leave or vacation shall be without pay.

Except when specifically permitted by a collective bargaining agreement, leaves and other benefits accrue only to regular employees.  Employees having categorical assignments that are not continuing full or part-time assignments with the district during the school or full year will not be classified as regular employees.
