The Purchasing Department provides contracts for supplies and services within the State of Washington and Clover Park School District guidelines. Purchasing prepares Invitation to Bids (BIDS), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Requests for Quotes (RFQ) for supplies, services and equipment throughout the Clover Park School District.

Individual departments and schools purchase supplies, services and equipment at competitive prices from a wide range of established contracts and vendors.

All Capital Project documents are available at Builders Exchange of Washington (www.bxwa.com).

Bid documents are made available as follows: Free-of-charge access to project bid documents (plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "Clover Park School District". This online plan room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off tool.

It is recommended that Bidders "Register" in order to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to place themselves on the "Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project.

Architect and Engineer Roster

Statement of Qualifications – SF 330 – Design Consultants and/or Specialist wanting to participate in bidding and quoting of construction projects must complete a Statement of Qualifications. Submittals should include a letter of interest, Standard Form 330 and any other information identifying your experience in providing planning, architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering or other related services to school facilities. General Surplus

The District disposes of obsolete or surplus items in a variety of methods. The District typically transfers all surplus items such as student desks, maps, classroom equipment, etc to the General Administration's (GA) state surplus property program. The GA then handles the sale and distribution of items to other state agencies and the general public at its retail site located in Tumwater.

Grants of Surplus Property

If you are another federal, state or local government entity, the District may grant any surplus property, provided that the property is used for preschool through twelfth grade educational purposes.
